An Independent
Co-educational Day School
Castle School was established in 2009 by Harriet Harrison, the school’s director, with an ethos for educational success. Alongside this, the school prides itself on being able to provide individual support and guidance, with an emphasis on equipping pupils with skills for life.
The prep school was opened in 2015 and recently relocated from the school’s original site at Cresselly to join the senior school on their site at Sodston Manor.
To meet the needs of all pupils, from the gifted and talented to those who experience learning challenges, we
- tailor education to fit each individual
- limit class sizes
- provide a stress-free learning environment
- focus on the emotional well-being of each child
- offer excellent pastoral care
- operate a zero tolerance to bullying and any form of disruption
- encourage pupils to grow into confident adults through our specially designed Life Skills Program
- build self-esteem
Castle School is located just north of Narberth, Pembrokeshire, and takes advantage of its location with its close proximity to Pembrokeshire National Park, the Preseli Mountains and the beautiful coastline of West Wales. Many of our students travel to school from the adjoining counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
